Howard is a great guy who knows his business. Very professional along with his staff. They did a GREAT job!!

All went well. Some small issues with the clean up and markinig up of walls, but overall a good experience.

I wouldn't normally post a review for not having had work done, but in this case, we feel that it was warranted since we would have avoided this contractor if we knew how he would treat my husband and I.

We scheduled an appt with them for a quote on windows and siding. We had another appt scheduled at 10 and the appt with Aalco at noon. Our morning appt was taking longer than we expected, so we called Aalco at 11:30 to request that he come at 1pm. We left a message and he called us back fairly soon thereafter, stating that he would take the measurements prior to 1pm and be ready to speak with us at 1pm. Since we were winding down with our first appt, we told him that this would be fine. We were trying to be respectful of his time. The rep from Aalco came to our house around 12:15, and called us to tell us in a very angry tone that since we were speaking with another siding company that he did not want to give us a quote. He stated that we should have cancelled our other appt, which makes no sense whatsoever since the other appt was at 10am and we could not have known that our appt was going to take longer than 2 hours, and furthermore, we had called him and told him to please come at 1pm, and if this was going to be an issue for him, he should have rescheduled with us. We tried to do the right thing by moving our appt back an hour-it is not our fault that the first appt ran over the allotted time, and the rep from Aalco did not have to get so angry and refuse to give us a quote. If he thinks we are going to get 1 quote only, he's got to be crazy. We can only get quotes on Saturdays since we work all week and get home late, and most contractors are not available on Sundays, so we tried to fit two appts in one day. This contractor is not someone I would ever call again due to his hot temper and I wish I would've known before calling him.

The men were very easy to work with and I had a couple extra things for them to do and they did them for me. They cleaned up well. The siding has stood the test of time.

THEY WERE REALLY GREAT. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND WERE NICE TO DEAL WITH. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS A BARGAIN ALSO.

THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING ABOUT ADDING THINGS THAT I WANTED DONE. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. I HAD A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY WERE VERY SATISFACTORY AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO ALL OF MY NEIGHBORS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THE PRICE THEY GAVE ME WAS FAIR. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS ALSO GOOD. THEY ACTUALLY DID THE ENTIRE JOB IN ABOUT FIVE HOURS.
