Incorrect spelling and direction to 'Fred' the cleaner so they were 3 hours late. Fred asked me about 3 times what we had bee charged in the past and I told him the office had indicated $89 basic fee.
Fred indicated they normally charge $450 for a 20 foot cleanout but he would give me a deal for $300! Are you kidding me?
I called AAA-Able today to ask about normal fees and they said, yes they normally charge $450.
Why didn't they say that in the first place when I called for their assistance?
I had to fill out the workorder and when I asked how long their services were guaranteed, he said 30 days. I insisted he write that on the finished work order / report.

I contacted New Jersey American Water Resource who had AAA Able to send back my voided check.

AAA ABLE WAS THE FIRST COMPANY TO RETURN OUR PHONE CALL WHEN WE WERE IN NEED IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. IT STILL TOOK THEM THREE DAYS TO ARRIVE AND MY HUSBAND HAS HEALTH PROBLEMS. WE WERE NOT VERY PLEASED.
