TREVOR INGLIS HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Trevor took on full responsibility for the entire project and got the sub contractors, arranged for the roof to be rebuilt, the siding to be redone, reconstructions of bedrooms, den and one bathroom. There were promises made and promises kept. Trevor was on top of everything and treated our house as if it was his own. Trevor finished what he started and made sure all of the subs were on time, had their needed materials and finished what they started in a timely and professional manner. Trevor had completed some smaller projects over the past decade for us and acquitted himself well with this rather large project with many moving parts from electrical, roofing, siding, plumbing, interior finishing, painting, tile work, etc.

They worked quickly and neatly, and even tightened some plumbing parts under the sink that were unrelated, but that he could see were a bit loose. Trevor made sure to test everything, and all has been working perfectly since. We had already removed the old dishwasher so the fee didn't include un-installation, but was still very reasonable--pretty much half what Sears would have charged us for their sub-contractor to both un-install and re-install. Plus, unlike the Sears sub-contractor, he actually showed up! Trevor was punctual, polite and professional and we will definitely use him again.

I was very pleased with the way Trevor worked. He took the time to place the tiles over the existing substrate to see how they looked and matched with each other and the entire surface before cementing them down. He was polite and courteous and took the time to measure carefully any tiles that needed trimming. The completed project looks beautiful and anyone who has seen it loves the way it looks. The completed project came in at approximately 1/2 the price quotes I received for a granite slabs from other contractors.
