They were able to come very soon from the time I called. The technician was very accommodating and made sure everything was completed as required by my building.

Pepy came by at the agreed time to install my lock on the door. He let me watch as he worked so maybe I could pick up a thing or two, which definitely happened. He even made me a few extra keys for the door, free of charge.

Being new home owners, making stressful late night deliveries we locked ourselves out of our new home. :-)
They responded and were able to get us in without an issue. They also replaced the cylinders in our doors.

We had gotten locked out because one of the locks had broken; so even though we had the key, we got locked out. It wasn't an emergency but it felt like an emergency; but I think it is a routine for them. They were very calm and got us in and rekeyed. They brought enough keys for us and for them it was probably a routine, but in my family it would have been a big structural situation. They really kind of toned it down for us. We were in the process of moving; so they come the next business day. We didn't have to call them overnight or anything.
