They were good and responsive. These guys always respond perfectly and we've used them for years. They do follow-up. They are just courteous. They are pretty good.

THEY WEREN'T VERY GOOD BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SPRAY ALL THE PLACES THAT WE ASKED THEM TO SPRAY. THEY DID COME ON TIME & DO THE JOB, BUT WE FELT THEY DIDN'T LISTEN TO US.
