I got a recommendation for O'Neill Contracting from my son-in-law whose father used them to replace his boiler. I called to get an estimate which was easily set up. Brian O'Neill came over and we discussed our options. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the products and the installation process. I got the estimate within a week and set up the install date. After 3 other estimates they were the best with the product I wanted. They installed a Crown hot water boiler and all new fittings, expansion tank, other parts for new code requirements. The two installers arrived on time, were neat and courteous and did an excellent job. They were done in about six hours and the system was up and running.

They are very good. My air conditioning works very well. They show up on time on their schedule. That is the only need I had with them. I had nothing else to use them except to tune-up my air conditioning.

Great people to work with from Brian who came to the house and followed with an estimate.  All concerns were in the contract proposal.  Very very honest in all his answers and all was followed thru to tee.  They took care of everything; permits etc. All of the office staff know the business and so friendly to deal with.  It is hard to find contractors like Oneill

contracting. Was just amazed that everything went so smoothly and to every detail I had included in the contract. You feel like each member of their team is a member of your family; easy to talk .

 A very HONEST company.

I found them through Angie's List. What they did was a big conversion and they were phenomenal. Bryan, the owner of the company, was just a great guy. They were here on time. Any issues that I had, they were very accommodating and responsive. They also did my neighbor's house because I rated about them and he had to have an old bolier replaced with a brand new one which was also like a $12,000 to $14,000 job and he was very pleased as well. Their price was probably right where it should be. I would definitely recommend and use them again if I need to. They were really good.

They were great. They were upfront. They actually came below the estimate. They were very professional. I didn’t have any problems with them. I will absolutely use them again. I’m using them to service the unit. Everyone was great. I have had a lot of contractors in my house over the years. These guys were top of the bunch. I would absolutely recommend them. They were quick. They were out of my house in less than a week. When I called these guys, they had to three weeks wait time. These guys were there. They did the work. It was exactly what they said it would be. I had no problems.

They are reliable. They tell us when they are coming. They tell us a day before when I make an appointment to services. They are really accommodating. Whenever I get the work done, they have left the work very neat and clean. Their price is very appropriate. I have used them for many years; and I have never had any problems with them. I would absolutely use them in the future.

The service person, Moe arrived as scheduled and performed all the services needed. It took Moe about 2 1/2 hours of intensive work. He did a great job!! We were very pleased, especially since this was the first time we engaged O'Neil and Son. He had also helped us to open the room registers and also removed the insulation from the attic fan in the attic. The price included the freon and the two Hepa Space Guard filters, as well as the complete checkup.

This place gets real busy sometimes because they're popular. That's because they're good though. Now if we wanted a gas burner cleaned or something, we call about three weeks in advanced. Then they always get us in. Their prices are fair. I just like them in general. They are very clean and neat. They leave no messes in my house. They just work too. They do not waste my time chit-chatting and I appreciate that. They do not waste my money either.

The work went very good. The guys showed up on time. They were polite. The work was complete exactly when they said it would be. There were no ''extras''. I needed them to come back to show me how to use the thermostat and somebody was there within the hour.
