Everything was done perfectly due to my satisfaction, they are very courteous and professional.

Talked the talk but couldn't even start the walk. Danny came out to provide a quote for an outdoor fireplace. He was very well versed, seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. He unfortunately had a rather unfortunate event occur in his family and stated that a quote would be more than a week as he needed time to catch up with work. This was rather understandable. 1 week has now turned into 5+. I have left 1 voicemail that no one bothered to return. I followed up that un-returned voicemail with 3 additional calls. Those calls were answered by Jen who stated that Danny was aware and that Monday I would have my quote. After my quote still had not arrived I made another follow up call. A different man answered the phone and told me the quote was on the to do list. I then asked an additional question and was told he would call me back with that answer. He took my phone number down and that was the last point of contact I have had. Poor customer service. No return phone calls. If a quote cannot be prepared in a timely manner, I have to wonder, could a job? And if there's problems with the job, could it be handled appropriately and responsibly?

At first it went very well. We loved our new landscaping and were happy to turn over the routine maintenance to professionals. Every year our prices went up, and our service declined. Contracted services were sometimes not performed unless we called and kept asking for them (even though they were billed) and over time the attention to detail and quality of the work has declined. They charge you by the hour, but in the times I have been home when the crew is here, the time they spend at our property is significantly less than they bill you for. They over estimate hours when they bill, and they shortchange on quality and attention to detail when they do the work. One of the people we referred them to changed due to price and they are paying hard of what we pay for bigger property, and their yard looks better. When you have an issue, the follow up is not great. We've worked with them for a long time, but can't say I would feel good continuing to work with them. I guess this is what happens when small companies get big.

How'd it go?  It always goes well with Kindergan Landscaping.  Whether its spring clean up, weekly lawn service, rain gutter cleaning, tree trimming, blowing leaves in the fall, Christmas/Thanksgiving decoration installation, or snow removal in the winter, Kindergan has my back.

He was reliable and stayed within the budget. He did an amazing job. I have nothing bad to say about this company. He put in stone walls that were gorgeous and leak proof. I can't say enough about this company he is the best landscaper around. We were previously having water come into the house and we not longer experience any water in the home. His plant work is also beautiful.

The estimator arrived on time and we walked around my yard discussing the work I needed to have done.  Mostly, I needed trees taken down.  I marked the trees that evening.  When the workers came to do the work, they disputed the work that was agreed upon - they didn't want to take down certain trees and they were going to take down trees that I wanted to keep.  The owner showed up and we discussed our difference of opinion.  He was very unprofessional and gave me a very hard time.  In the end I agreed to pay a bit more, but I explained that I was very clear about what I needed.  There was no doubt in my mind that he got it wrong.  In the end the work was done.  But I would not use them again because of the headaches and lack of professioanlism.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY DO A REAL GOOD JOB. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP VERY NICELY. THEY WERE WORTH THE PRICE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE THEM A F! YOU TELL THEM TO DO SOMETHING AND THEY DON'T. THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO TRIM THE BUSHES AND THEY DON'T. THEY ALSO BURN THE GRASS. THEY CHARGE US TOO MUCH AND WE PAY THEM ONCE EACH YEAR.
