Very good service, would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors

I called him at the recommendation of another contractor.  He came with a helper and looked at the job and said it was small and inexpensive and would only take about 1/2 hour but he didn't have the parts. Said he would try to come back later that day but didn't.
I called a few days later and left a message to schedule him to come back but he never returned my call.

We had a major leak in our laundry room and our insurance company dispatched a plumber - who will remain nameless - to fix the problem instead he created an even bigger one by breaking the main pipe in the crawl space and leaving withouth telling us. It took us two weeks to realize it when we started smelling a foul odor permeating from the crawl space and when my husband went to check it out it was evident that all the waste from our 3 bathrooms had found a home in the crawl space. Enter KGH Plumbing, Kevin immediately realized the emergency and fixed the problem. Kevin Barlowe, the owner, did the work himself and, qexplained to us in detail what had happened, before leaving. Today he called to make sure that everything worked and told us to call if any problems. Unusually great customer service. We will use KGH for all our plumbing and air conditioning needs and highly reccommend the Company.?????

Kevin came to service my burner prior to turning on my heat for the winter. When performing this service he discovered the pump was not working and replaced that part the next day. I have Kevin come annualy prior to the winter to check my burner and repair any other leaks or plumbing issues.

We contacted this provider for an estimate for a bathroom renovation after they were recommended by a friend. A gentleman came the next day to review the job and advised it was pretty simple, he'd get us an estimate in a day or two, and would probably be able to do the work the following week. When no estimate was received in three days, we phoned him back - on his cell - and he apologized and said he'd get the estimate out right away. Next call was to the office, then to the cell again,, then the office, then the cell, and that time we were told the estimate was going in the mail in the morning. FIVE WEEKS after this whole debacle began, we contacted another plumber. Just a note - it's four months after the initial visit and we STILL don't have that estimate. Guess it's lost at the post office, right?

Called Kevin. He is usually very busy (the good ones usually are). Told me he'd try to get over by a certain day (no promisses), Called later that evening asked if he could come first thing in the morning at an agreed to time. You could set your watch at the time he showed up. He cares about his customers. You get him to promiss a time and he will be there. Problems fixed quickly and efficiently. As far a price, I have not received a bill as of yet. He is usually fair. He is clean, respectful, and knowledgeable.
