Jim responded quickly and was able to stop by and give us a quick estimate which was very fair and quite reasonable. When we realized we had a little more damage, he said he could also take care of it for little to no additional cost. We hired him and came home today to find the work completed and a full, descriptive bill in the mailbox. So pleased with the work completion and making it so easy for us. Will certainly hire in the future!

Jim came out and gave us an estimate then returned to complete the work a different day. Shingles had to be removed and replaced etc. The work was completed quite well becuse we have had many rainfalls since and not one drop of water has been seen. Leaks have been repaired! Very pleased!

Several years ago Jim came to our rescue when we had a snow dam on a lower roof, so I was relieved I at least knew who I wanted to call. He was at our door an hour later. He immediately diagnosed it as a leak from an upstairs radiator, not from the roof, and said we needed a plumber, not a roofer. He didn't get a job out of it, but was as pleasant as could be about it, and I will happily call him again if a real roof problem arises. A very nice guy.

Jim and his team repaired a leaky skylight in my dining room. Jim answered all my phone calls. We had a big storm that week. He came out to do an estimate the following day. His team came out to repair the skylight the following week. Jim and his team were very professional. They did great work. I would hire again.

Over the course of 6 months, I called several A-list companies from Angie's List. They all told me that it was a generic problem with sunrooms. No one would touch it. Even one company that came tried to sell me other kinds of services but would not bid on this job, and another one made an appointment but didn't show up, and then later sent a subcontractor. I tried repairing it myself, and found that the source of the leak was NOT the sunroom, but a few feet away on the main roof. I tried again through Angie's List and thankfully we found Jim's Repair, LLC. He told us he was busy with some emergencies (and we assured him that we were NOT an emergency), but then he came a few days later, exactly as he said he would. He told us that the rear of the house had its shingles incorrectly lapped, causing rain to enter if the wind blew in a certain way. He gave us a repair day about 2 weeks in the future, but then called us suddenly a few days later to see if he could come that day. They had finished another job early. They came, got it done, and told us we didn't have to pay until another rainy day when we could check their work. They found the actual leak, where the improperly lapped shingles had pulled apart slightly. WOW! Knowledgeable, didn't try to sell me anything else, and did exactly what they said they would do. He's going to be my only call for anything to do with roofing. Thank you, JIm!

I had water leaking into my kitchen. I called Jim and he went on my roof and found a cracked shingle and slight damage to roof. After giving me an estimate I called him back twice with more questions and he was happy to answer all of my questions. His men arrived on time and were very professional. It rained heavily two days after the work was done and I did not have any water leaking into my kitchen.

Jim was great. My husband and I are buying our first home and the inspector found a leak. Jim answered our call himself and was flexible working around our, our realtor's, and another professional's schedule. He told us to call him when we knew what time we needed him. Our realtor gave us 15 minutes notice to meet at the house. We called Jim and he arrived before we did...and we live 7 minutes away! Jim quickly zeroed in on the leak, thoroughly explained the problem and the corrective work needed, and gave use a good estimate. He even gave us the great news that the whole roof didn't need replacing...and in fact has approximately 5 years left on it (our inspector told us it would only last 2 years!).

Service was very prompt. Work crew very professional and extremely congenial. Enjoyed having them at my home.
