I am a senior citizen engaged in selling a large home by myself. I met the owner, Mike, at a Meals on Wheels orientation. I needed a handyman and he came out and fixed a broken door. I never forgot him or lost his card.  This man is so excellent, and so smart, I gave him a key to my home after we did a walk through with a realtor and he took notes of all things which should be done to bring the house up to speed to sell. He took me out in a May snow storm and helped me rent a storage locker. Then he proceeded to take all items out of the house which I wanted to the locker (after hours). Many thing I just wanted to give away as we who have much should take care of those who have little.  Mike would take pictures of the items going for free and would meet the people at various times (day and night). He never let me meet the people at night and handled everything for me. In this day and age to come across a person of integrity and decency and one to be trusted all at the same time is rare. Plus, Mike is smart and I've yet to provide him with one thing he hasn't been able to fix. I would be more than happy to give Mike a written, professional reference if ever he needed one.

I own a television that is five years old and it began to experience problems that made it unable for me to watch anything. I called my provider to schedule an appointment to see if they can come and fix it. They were easy to deal with, and I was able to schedule an appointment within the next few days. As promised, they showed up on time and replaced the part that had broken. Had I not paid for the monthly plan, it would have costed me hundreds of dollars for the labor and repairs. Overall, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to make sure their electronics are covered from damages.

The technician was prompt and arrived at the scheduled time.  He informed me that the compressor was not working.  He called the manufacturer and ordered out a replacement and had it installed within the week.  I couldn't have been happier with my service contract for my appliances provided by Federal Home Assurance.
