They were excellent, they came on time,they were extremely good and very professional.

I contacted this firm to perform annual maintenance on a generator I had installed several years prior. The initial call was handled professionally, with a date and time set up for the maintenance. The electrician arrived promptly, handled the worked expertly and I couldn't be happier. Will be using this firm for my annual maintenance going forward.

These folks are fabulous: pleasant, professional, patient, and thorough. When a light fixture purchased for the repair proved defective, they were able to return the same day to finish up. Pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely call East West for all future electrical repairs.

I found East West through Angie's List and called them directly, opting not to send a message through AL. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and scheduled my appointment. The guy who came to the house was right on time, extremely friendly, and the work was done in 15 minutes. It was a simple job, but still a relief to get it done. I asked about another issue, and he told me what to do -- I will definitely be making a new appointment with them soon!

We're in the midst of renovating our kitchen and just needed an electrician to come in to install the electrical box for our diswasher. Many contractors would not even bother coming out for such a small project but E/W Electrical was very responsive and returned my call right away. Fortunately, the day the electrican came onsite to assess the project, he was able to install the box! I appreciate that they were able to assist in moving our project forward. Since they're going to send me the bill , I can't comment on the cost but the electrican was puctual, professional and worked quickly. I intend to use E/W again for additional electrical issues that we have and recommend them based on this positive experience.

I have to tell you that these are the nicest bunch of people. The secretary was great, and all the workers were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I wanted to get the job done right away and they came the same day and did it and were so fairly priced. I am so very appreciative and I highly recommend them. They also left the place nice and clean. A+! Super.

Very well. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot.

They came and did the work. It was well done and completed in a timely manner. It was a little costly, however, it was worth it. When the bill came, the price threw me off because of cost of the price quote.

They did a great job. They said the job would take two days and they were done in two days. They left no mess and the work passed inspection with no problems.

THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY GAVE ME THE LOWEST ESTIMATE AND THEY STUCK TO IT. THEY SENT FOUR GUYS AND THEY WERE FINISHED IN TWO DAYS. THEY TESTED EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY LEFT.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES. THEY ARE MARVELOUS AND NEVER LEAVE US WITH A MESS TO CLEAN UP. IF THEY ARE RUNNING LATE THEY ALWAYS CALL. THEY STAYED WITHIN THE PRICE QUOTE.
