Roofing
The contractor did an excellent job and we are very happy with the outcome. The house is amazing. His workmanship is very good and he did not go over his estimate at all. He even added some work to the dormer which required building a new soffit without cost. Since he only had 5 or 6 workers with him, it took longer than the big guys but having the owner on the job was excellent and they took their time making sure the work was done right. There were a couple of items on a punch list that I had asked him to fix and he took care of them before receiving final payment.
