Plumber arrived on time.  He was courteous and professional.  He cleaned up after he was done and the faucet and sprayer looks and works great.

They come when they are suppposed to come and do a good job and clean up after themselves.  I have been very pleased with them.  The workers that come out are very nice.

I  have not yet made a final decision on exactly what I'm doing as the house is very old.. I will get a second estimate but I was very comfortable with them. Joe was very professional and informative.

Used this plumber to replace 2 old a/c units with top of the line units even though he was more expensive than other quotes.  He had done work for someone I knew and had told me, "You get what you pay for."  I'm a first time homeowner, so I didn't know better.   Just over a year later, one of the units died over a weekend.  I called to have it replaced.  They didn't call back.  I called Monday morning and spoke to the office and told them about the situation, that I wanted it fixed and that I assumed it would still be warrantied.  She spoke to the owner and called me back saying, "You told me that you didn't want us working in your house anymore because we were too expensive.  We're not coming.  Oh and by the way, parts would be warrantied but labor wouldn't."  I never had this conversation with this woman.  My guess is my bringing up the warranty issue scared them off. I doubt they would have had such qualms about coming here and fixing it for some exorbitant price.  I spent $20,000 for job that I could have gotten done for less than $15,000 and just over a year later, they're not only not standing behind their work, they won't do anything at all. 

He came on a Sunday. He came within an hour and spent hours fixing the problem.
