They were good, professional and did a great job.

Very neat and courteous. Arrived on time and worked diligently. The only complaint was that they were a bit careless with the house alarm transponders - two were broken off the windows. Otherwise the work was definitly satisfactory.

A crew of 3 came right on-time. Cleaned all windows, removed and power-washed the screens. All in less than two hours. Takes my cleaning lady whole day and she does not wash the screens. Excellent quality and service. Can not beat the price.

Blue Ocean Window Cleaning came to my home today and washed the windows and did an outstanding job! They came right on time. They were responsive in replying to me before the appointment, and even called the day before coming over to give me confirmation that they would be here at the time of the scheduled appointment. The men were professional, courteous, polite, efficient and made sure not to make a mess in my home. The windows look great! I will definitely hire them again.

Perfectly. A team of three worked for two hours, showing care for our property, and being very careful while leaving the windows spotless. They put on paper booties to keep our carpets clean, and they were very thorough. My wife and I were very pleased.

I called TWICE and no one answered the phone to take my call the first time. I had to leave my telephone number for them to call me back. I am a very busy person and expect someone from the company to be there when I first call them. When they did call, I called them back and STILL no one answered the phone. There is NO ONE at this company who answers the phone when you call. I am leery of companies who do not have a receptionist or a person to answer the phone when the customer calls. They want my business, yet they can't answer the phone. I finally ended up using another company.

Called for estimate on 11/8 and they came same day. Estimate was great. Made appointment for 11/14 at 10AM and they showed up at 10 on the dot. Large crew (4-5 workers) was extremely professional and courteous. Those working inside wore booties every time they came in. Took all screen outside and thoroughly cleaned everything. They were extremely accommodating and were diligent in making sure that they had done everything we expected and more. They were finished within one hour and each window looked better than it ever had with us doing the work ourselves. We will definitely have them back again.
