BLRJA

The existing bathroom was in a very sorry state. Being 100+ year old Victorian, we searched for a builder with experience and knowledge of old houses. Additionally, we wanted a highly organized and scheduled project, that would be managed professionally start to finish. BLRJA was among three contractors who bid on the project. They seemed the most professional and thorough in terms of assessing the project and preparing a comprehensive bid. They also had lots of experience with older homes. We expected their bid to be the highest of the three, but it came in as the lowest as well. In addition to their own crew, they managed several subcontractors. They worked hard to maintain a clean work environment, especially since this was a major project affecting the whole house. They carefully scheduled the project and were able to pretty much stick to the initial plan and timing. Time spent waiting for inspectors did cause delays. They were always on time, and always completed each work item on time, and to the promised quality level. Their attention to detail was spectacular. It made the project go very easily and efficiently. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The end result was perfect, and we were not left with a single issue to worry about. They are definitely my top choice for our next project, to gut and renovate a very sorry looking kitchen.
