ALL AMERICAN WINDOWS & INSULATION

They did an excellent job. The workers were very friendly and clean. They completed the whole job in about a week.

When they sided around my windows, they didn't cork my windows correctly, so my windows sills rotted, there service sinks takes them months to come back and repair anything. I call last summer spoke to Elsie about my problem, still hasn't return my call.

They were using hammers for that. If a stud was hit then they just moved over a couple or inches and bashed another hole in the wall. When I asked why they weren't drilling the holes as promised the reply I received was "you wouldn't want us to drill it would make a lot of dust". Yes I would have liked the holes drilled and they could of at least asked before using hammers. At that point I just wanted them to finish as fast as possible and get out of my house. They filled all the holes with insulation and as far as I could tell that part went okay. When that was done I told them they could go and that I would clean up. I did have one more question that I had asked one of the workers but didn't get a satisfactory answer on. They didn't put any insulation above any of the doors or windows. Well it took me two months of phone calls of which half were ignored to get an answer. The framing above the doors and windows doesn't leave any space to insulate.

They did a really good job and cleaned the mess up when they were done. They showed up on time and were very polite. The workers were very fast and paid accurate attention to detail.

EVERYTHING WITH THEM WENT SMOOTHLY. FROM THE SALESMEN TO THE INSTALLATION, EVERYTHING WAS FINE. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE BECAUSE THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO US BY A FRIEND. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID.

I AM PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION. ONE THING I DIDN'T LIKE IS THAT THEY DID NOT TELL ME THEY WERE NOT GOING TO ARRIVE ON THE DATE OF OUR APPOINTMENT. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

THIS COMPANY'S WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FINISHED THE WORK QUICKLY. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP THE DEBRIS FROM THE WORK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPLETED PROJECT. EVERYONE ELSE COMMENTED ON HOW NICE IT WAS.

WHEN THEY CAME IN AND DID THE WORK, THEY DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESSES FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. THEY DID GIVE US A QUOTE AND THEY DID STAY WITHIN THAT QUOTE. WHEN I ASKED THEM QUESTIONS THEY ANSWERED THEM RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD AND IT TOOK ME A VERY LONG TIME TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. I WAS JUST NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I WOULD SAY THAT OVERALL THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. THEY WERE ENVIRONMENTALLY SOUND AND THEY WORKED TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND FINISHED THE JOB AHEAD OF SCHEDULE.

WHEN THEY TOOK THE ELECTRICAL FIXTURES OFF OF THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE THE PEOPLE DID NOT KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT HOW TO DO IT. IT DID NOT FOLLOW THE CODE. THE REST OF THE JOB WAS SATISFACTORY.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHER PEOPLE. I GOT A PROMPT RESPONSE, THEY CAME PRETTY SOON AFTER WE CALLED. I NEVER COMPARED THE PRICE, BUT IT WAS OK.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO & DID A VERY NICE JOB. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES & STAYED WITHIN THEIR ESTIMATE. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN & WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY CAME ONE DAY TO START AND THEN THEY DIDN'T COME BACK FOR ANOTHER WEEK. WHEN WE SEEN LITTLE DETAILED THINGS WE WANTED DONE, IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS JUST TO COME BACK AND DO IT. IT WAS A HASSLE TO GET EVERYTHING DONE. IT LOOKED NICE WHEN DONE.

I WAS VERY UNHAPPY AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY LEFT COVERS OFF, THEY PUT THE SIDING ON WRONG, AND OUR STORM DOORS HAD TO BE REPAIRED. WE CALLED AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE MESS THEY LEFT FOR US, BUT THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP ALL OF IT.
