What stood out was the process, the quality of the work, professionalism, he knows what he's talking about in terms of his recommendations of what you are asking about. He has good ideas. They did a great job, they cleaned up, they left the area really nice and three years later, its still in very nice shape and I haven't had any problems with it. The price was reasonable. It was within what I expected.
