Mansfield St

This guy did pretty good work until it came to the bathroom tile floor. He sealed the floor once but it was obvious something was wrong when he finished. Residue from the sealant was left on the floor. He tried to present it as an optical illusion. Said the difference from the tile out of the box and what was on the floor was due to the fact that the tile on the floor was grouted and what was from the box was not. When I didn't buy that story he said there was something on the tile right out of the box but it was clearly stated on the sealant container a 2nd coat was necessary to remove any excess sealant from the first application. A month went by with no contact.. During that time I contacted the sealant manufacturer and the tile manufacturer. They both said the same thing - excess sealant. I tried everything they suggested to no avail. Sealant had cured by that time. Despite numerous calls/complaints to the owner of Mansfield St. over 2 months they did nothing except continue to blame the tile. Never came back. Floor looks like it is 10 years old. Left garbage in the basement, on the back deck, garage and their full garbage cans too. They ordered a door and never came back to install it. Owner kept talking about his relationship with me. Don't be fooled by this guy like I was.
