water softeners

Description of Work: J/R installed a water softener system for us. In Belvidere we have very hard water. They spent an our or so on the phone discussing my options, what the positives and negatives of water softening are and provided a detailed description of the work they would perform. The time they spent with me helped me greatly and I did decide to move forward with the install. They showed up on time, were self sufficeint, installed the system and cleaned up after themselves. After the install they took the time to walk me through all work they perfromed and how the system works. THey also walked me though how to service the system and provided recomendations on where to get the salt going forward.
