Dan did an amazing job with the project. Communication was great throughout the process, and his crew did a fantastic job. The fence looks beautiful.

Terms of contracting were not honored. 1. NEW posts were to be installed to replace a 20 year old rotted fence but dishonest workers sleeved the 20 year old rotted wooden posts with the vinyl. As a result the privacy fence is unstable, leans crooked and wobbles in several areas due to the warped and rotted supports dishonestly sleeved. 2. The privacy fence was to be connect with the perpendicular chain link fence, also being replaced and we were told all new posts needed to be installed for the chain link fence because the old ones were too short in height. The new posts were installed too short in height (same height as old ones) and length of fence was to meet up with the privacy fence and the old end post was not moved to meet the chain link. This was agreed to at time of contracting and not adhered to. 3. The chain link sticks up too high over the top fence rail and looks awful. 4. Wrong size chain link (height) was ordered for the gates and shoddily installed so it sticks up above the top rail crookedly and raggedly/crookedly bent over the bottom of the gate rail. 5. Workers hid the metal support post inserts for the privacy fence gate in our shed. 6. Owners response "I'm sorry this happened" however there is nothing he is willing do. Hire at your own risk...owner is slick talker that don't stand behind his word or work. We hired based on positive reviews and owner's warrantys of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This contractor did not perform as agreed, lacks a skilled/qualified workforce, performed shoddy/careless/dishonest work, and doesn't back his work product. The calculation of the job cost included labor for post installation. Evidently we were not a big enough project to rank customer care, we certainly overpaid. I am now looking for another contractor to correct this mess.

Daniel and Jessica provided excellent customer service, communicating with us on time and responding to our questions and concerns. They did an excellent job and the material is top quality. We are very happy ending up doing business with PNM. The price was fair and competitive. Thank you.

To reiterate, the final result is good and we are definitely happy with it. I heard from Dan who said they are hoping to hire a manager for their projects next year. I believe this is a good move, and could really make this company the go-to guys for all fencing needs in the future for our area.

I would buy from them again, just with fewer expectations about the timeline.

It went well. They were very responsive, texting with updates and pictures along the way since we couldn't be at the install.

They arrived exactly when they said they would and installed the fence quickly and removed all debris. They did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

It was a good experience. They did what they had proposed and they put the fence up in a very quick time. There was no delay and they came out when they said they were going to come out.

Went great removed old fence installed new wooden fence and cleaned up nicely left no mess.

Dan made the whole process very easy and went out of his way to clean up and make sure all debris in the yard was hauled away.
