They estimated a really reasonable price. They promised several assurances that everything would go smoothly. When in reality, they did not clean up their mess very well. There was a lot of gaps where the floor molding would be going in. They promised us a lot of things that did not come through. They also never told us to put something over the fire alarms because the dust can set off the alarms. However, they are going to send someone back out to try and fix some of the things that were not done correctly.
