Installed much later than promised. Very difficult to reach. Paid 12,500 and they won't even have courtesy to return my calls for system adjustments or follow on service. No manuals, no instructions, no service. Also used them before for dual 3 ton a/c systems at previous residence. Never again. Do not use these guys.
