The owner came out to site to give a quote. He was going to have to remove the pieces and deliver them back to my place by hauling them over a second floor balcony because the stairwells are too narrow (which I knew.) He included the extra work for delivery in the price of the upholstery -no added charge despite having to arrange for an extra man & equipment to lower the couches. He was also willing to use my fabric for the job and create cushions that matched the original cushions - a different style than is currently used. The workmanship on the finished product was excellent. Couldn't be happier that my furniture will probably now outlive me!
