Mr. Hoffmann gets an A++. The entire experience from start to finish was less than 24 hours. We used this company to perform an oil tank sweep of a property we were going to purchase, the price was excellent, and Mr. Hoffman was in contact with me via email the entire day. The company uses an online ordering system, and I was a little hesitant about ordering something like this via an online store, but it proved to be an amazingly simple and easy transaction. I ordered the sweep at about 4 o'clock pm on 6/20, and received an email at 8:00 the next morning including the details of the service with a picture of the location where their equipment had picked something up. Very professional and friendly, I would recommend them to ALL that asked!
