He's very neat, he covered my floor and he also cleaned up.

He is good. His service was excellent. He was very particular with details.

Ken returned my inquiry email within 24 hours and asked for a time to call (which I appreciated, instead of just randomly leaving a mesage). He called and set up a mutually agreeable time to see the room (which was approx 2 days later), then he started the job approx 4 business days later and finished the job in 4 days total. He was very conscious of my need to have him clean up after himself (I've had bad experiences of having to clean up after someone does repairs - not something you want to do after a long day's work), plus I'm pregnant and have a 2 year old so didn't want the whole house full of plaster dust. Ken mopped the floor every day right before he left and did a great overall clean up at the end. The room looks great. He did a great job working around the molding which was one of my big concerns. Our house is 75 years old and my husband and I take great care to retain the original details. Ken's work was meticulate. This is the first time we did any plastering and to be honest we didn't get a lot of estimate (mostly b/c no one returned my inquiries!) and were anxious to get the job done. But, b/c he worked for four days I have to think his price is fair. He showed up when he said he would and finished when he said he would. He also hooked us up with his brother, Ron, who completed the painting. We are very happy with the job and now need to save some money so he can work on the rest of the house.
