He charged 1500 to pick up and re-lay a small area of pavers leading to the front porch that had sagged . I thought the price was high but really had no experience so went with it. My mistake. When a neighbor brought his paver guy over to look at the job, he said it was an 800.00 job. When I got another paver guy over...he agreed.

My fault. I should have gotten another estimate. I will not use this service again. It is advertised as a and quot;handymanand quot; service but in reality is a large contracting and millwork business....not the small jobs handyman I expected.

They doesn't have a whole lot of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend them that they almost cause a fire. I would not use them again in the future.

It was a good experience. I like them very much. They were prompt, thorough and professional.

The worker showed up on time as planned and he was very professional in his task. He had the parts needed for one repair and need to get the parts for the second repair. He was very quick in his evaluation of the problem and the solution. Both tasks were completed quickly and to our full satisfaction.
The company did not require payment at the time of services but send a bill within a few days of completing the work. The bill was very reasonable and I would use this company again for future services.

He was very friendly. He came really fast and did the job really fast. He was really reasonably priced.

They did okay; that is not perfect. I told them I wanted pressure treated lumber and left it up to them to pick it out. The quality of the lumber is not good; so, maybe that is my fault; maybe I should have known one quality of lumber from another but this deck is only three years old and it looks like it is ten years old. They have a lot of subcontractors that they deal with and the gentleman who built the deck did a wonderful job; I don't believe he picked up the quality of the lumber. I think the quality of lumber is sub-quality but the workmanship was fine. It was done on time with really no problems at all; I don't know if I could have gotten the deck built for much less money.

Generally good experience. Contractor worked with us at every step, gave us options, did quality work (except as noted above). Price was high but in line with other estimates..

Painters covered the doorways to other rooms and kept the dust from sanding contained in one room. They taped around the cabinets and covered the floors. I was very happy with the job.

I paid my bill and about a month after I paid I received a phone call from Lori from All Around asking if I paid my bill, I informed her that I did and she asked if I had a copy of the cancelled check. I called her back and left a message, she called me again and left a voice mail message telling me that apparently I did not pay my bill and that I needed to pay it. I called All Around again and left a message that I was returning their call and to call me back. I received another voice mail telling me that the bank made an error and that I had paid my bill. I called again and left a complaint message about the driveway repairs (the patch repair being too dark and when the sealant was applied the worker who applied the sealant did so over dirt/dust as it appeared he never cleaned the driveway before he applied the sealant.) Received another message from Lori the day after I let my message telling me someone would get back to me in 1 week (which did not happen.) Called back after almost 2 weeks and spoke to Bridget who contacted John the owner and informed me that he had came and looked at the driveway and said there was nothing they can do about the color as it was sealed in and that they could power-wash the driveway to take away the bubbles from the sealant. No mention about the dirt that the sealant was applied over. (They never got back to me even though John (the owner) came and looked at the driveway but waited until I called again to inquire about my complaint. ) Please warn your members not to use this company as they do extremely poor work. If you would like photos of the work I can email them to you.

IT WENT GREAT. WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE COMING THEY CAME. THEY ALWAYS CALLED IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM.

All Around Handyman they were great. He charged what he bid. He was very professional and on time. I will use them again in the future.

IT WENT GREAT. THEY EVEN CAME AND MADE REPAIRS WHEN WE WEREN'T HOME AND SENT A BILL.
