Insured that wall switch and wiring was in working correctly. Problem was with the fixture. Installed a temporary light.

I think the price was bit high. He told me originally that the work would be two dose as this is a big job, he said it will be two days may be a day-and-a-half and they were out again in five hours so I can't afford that, but they said they never know what they are running into, so I kind of understand that. He didn't say that initially he just said lot of work which to me I just didn't think that it was. He is a very good electrician, but I was little disappointed about price. They are nice people and they do good work. I would not use him again.

It was tough to schedule them in for an estimate, because they're busy. But, I stuck with it to get a hold of them because of their strong Angie's List rating, and from the estimating visit alone, I was impressed. Rick thoroughly looked things over, figured out how the wiring would go and what the scope of effort would be. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the estimate, I thought the work would cost more.

On the day they came in to do the job, they were exactly on-time and ready to go. They laid out drop cloths everywhere they worked, and went back over the work plan they developed from the estimate. With each minor change, for example, and quot;we need to move this fan over six inches from the ideal point, because that's where there is a ceiling joist, is that OK?and quot;, they communicated every step of the way. Rick and his mechanic were professional, asked questions about what we wanted, and did the work quickly and flawlessly.

When they were finished, they cleaned up, and there wasn't a scrap of material, trash or even dust. It's as if they were never there (except for the three great new additions we had to our lighting and fans!).

They did the job in 2 phases because of other work we were getting done to our ceiling. Most of the work was done in phase one. While doing the work he noticed an issue with how our dropped ceiling was being installed and called the installer himself to discuss the issue and how he would work with him to remediate the issue. Everything turned out terrific and we couldn't be happier with the results. I won't hesitate to use him in the future and would highly recommend him. Not only was his work outstanding but he is really a nice person.

We had bought an 80yr old house that was in need of hard wire smokes, updated lighting and just updating in general. Rick was wonderful to work with- listened to our thoughts, savvy to town codes and permit needs, and made some great suggestions. THe work was completed in an efficient manner, no mess and no fuss. He has a great business sense and checked in with us to keep us up to date with his progress. I would use him again without a 2nd thought and would highly recommend him to anyone. My cousin has used him multiple times and is actually who referred him. A+++ to Rick.

Answered call promptly and scheduled service. Arrived promptly and perfermed quality service. I would recommend this electrician and use his services again.

the lights he used were top quality. Ricks work was as if he was doing his own home. one section of my house didn't need the extra lighting because the way the lights were placed it wasn't necessary so he reduced the price. All in all he installed 6 double bulb security lighting,with maximum lighting area. the finished product was excellent just what we needed. I would recommend him to anyone. he is honest and efficient. he also left an extra bulb as a sample to know what type to use for replacement purposes.

He was very resasonable. Some of these things I did not tell him about before he came. I had him look at other things that I thought need attention. They were clean and worked with drop cloths. He answered my many questions and did not rush the job.

The CFGI was for a pool. The timers were put in by the previous owner, who ran a trucking company and charged his trucks in the yard. At night, it sounded like there was a time bomb in my toy/computer room. If we turned them off we lost power to the outdoor outlets. I also had him look at a light fixture in my kitchen. I thought it had a wiring issue because bulbs only lasted about 3-4 weeks (and 2 other electricians were willing to agree). Rick explained it was not a wiring issue, I need to get 130v bulbs for that fixture. The bulbs are going on there 5th week so it seems to be working. Its nice to work with an honest contractor. When we finally save up enough to do our kitchen, we will be calling Rick to do the electrical work.

He was very thorough and professional. He traced the problem to an old cross set up of wires and the outside wall. As it turned out, someone had turned the main power switch to the heater off. It was very embarrassing and turned out to be an expensive mistake.

They were very thorough with the job and the man was very nice to work with.

Everything was done professionally and exactly as I requested.

Rick was a pro. He returned my phone calls! He easily adapted to a change in job scope after he saw the job. His offered knowledgeable recommendations for equipment and how it could be upgraded or simplified. The project was completed when promised. Prompt, clean, honest. I will call him again when I need an electrician.
