Came prepared, explained the problem, reviewed the overall likely status of the unit long term and made the repairs. The work was done in 45 minutes. Responded to questions in a very positive and friendly way.

Mike promptly returned my call for service and we scheduled the appliance repair, at my request, within the next 2 days. He agreed to call me when he was on my way to my house (which he did). Mike arrived on time and was very courteous , professional and friendly. The igniter replacement was completed within an hour after Mike determined which igniter was needed and went to purchase the part. The cost of the repair was reasonable. I will definitely call Crest Appliance in the event that I need another appliance repair.

Crest was great! I made the call - he came out, we discussed the problem with my stove and some repair options. He got my stove working again quickly, saving us a from a major purchase before the holidays. He was very nice, timely and reasonable.
