New Roof was nicely done. Then, we were sold new siding. The house needed a paint job, so we figured why not and based on the work on the roof, we thought okay. While pricing the new siding we were also priced a new entry door (seperately), which failed to materialize. The new door was left to the end and then we had to bug the owner about it getting it. He finally called about two weeks later with a best price for a door twice what we were quoted ($2000 vs about $800). We told him to forget it. The new shutters were also quoted about half what they ended up being ($35 a pair vs about $70 a pair). The siding job itself was just okay. Some seaming in weird places. Also quite a bit of smudges on the siding that needed cleaning. There were scraps of siding left all over the property and wires hanging lose. The guys doing the siding also fought and yelled at each other all day while working. Personally, didn't really care about that but some people might.
