This was the second time I have used Positive. They are great. Extremely responsive (Michele either answers the phone every time or returns a call very quickly). The guy that came out showed up on time, was very professional, was very respectful of our house and carpet, finished the job quickly, and cleaned up behind himself.
My first experience with them was when they installed my generator. I had called 4 different electricians to propose a generator to meet my needs and provide a quote. My house is relatively new (less than 5 years old) and, as it turned out, the service coming into my two panels is somewhat unusual. The other 3 guessed what type of service it was and what type of automated switch I would need. Mike & his son actually went to PSE&G, got their manual, determined what service I had, and made a proposal that would meet the needs of my house with certainty (before I hired them).
I will continue to use them for all of my electrical needs. They are the best!
