Mid December- we needed a heating vent put in to a finished but unheated basement room, we were expecting guests for the holidays!  Martin did the job quickly and at the quoted price. He was punctual and returned phone calls promptly.  Also, he was respectful of the property (put on booties to protect the floor), and made sure the door was shut to keep kitty inside.
I would highly recommend him!

Last year, we spent being cold as we were unable to get our furnace to work. So far, It now is functioning without any problems. We had a few cold days and the furnace worked perfectly. Martin called s a few days later to make sure all was okay. He was wonderful and I very highly recommend him

The inspection/cleaning went very well. Martin was the tech I dealt with (I think he is the owner of the company too). He was punctual and was very thorough. He answered all of my questions and gave recommendations for fixing a heating fan in the future. 
I was impressed by his honesty. I've been wary of dealing with large heating companies (I always worry that they'll try to coax me into buying some ridiculously expensive replacement product), which is why I decided to deal with Persistent Service LLC. Martin explained things to me about my heating system and did it in a way which I could understand. I'd definitely deal with his company again.

Martin did a great job and would highly recommend. He arrived on time on a Sunday morning, was very knowledgeable and troubleshooted an issue - found out 1 of my humidifiers wasn't working and explained why not and what needs to be done to repair. Would use Martin again. Nice guy and knowledgeable and professional. Even courteous and put booties on to make sure he didn't dirty our floors.

Martin responded promptly, scheduled an appointment for the next day and arrived in a timely manner. He performed thorough work, was honest and helpful. Would use again in the future.

Martin provided excellent service. He services the two systems in our owner occupied two family home. He was punctual, professional and patient. He even came to our home in the evening as requested. We will absolutely use his company going forward.

I have used Persistent Service multiple times now for service/repair on 3 different hvac units. Martin was great. Completely professional, on-time each time, and honest about everything he had to do. I've had units break 3 different times and he was here either that day or the next. He showed me exactly what failed with the one unit and why the part had to be replaced and didn't charge me when another unit wouldn't start because a sensor had fallen off and was a simple fix.
I have NO reservations recommending him for any HVAC work.

Installed NEW Central Air Conditioning system with all the duct work. Martin was great!! I then used Martin again for air conditioning inspection, tune up and duct work.  
Oh Yeah a few weeks later i was in a Jam with my hot water heater and he can to the rescue and fix the hot water heater fast and the best price hands down!!!
I have already referred him to some of my friends and i will definitely have him do work for me again!!!

Martin and his team did an excellent job on a fence they installed. They are always prompt and readily available to discuss any questions about the job, etc...
They are also very friendly and do quality work. I would recommend persistent to any future customers
