Amazing. Sad we are not able to use his services for our home.

Mike was great.. We bought a multi family home with a back house and to our surprise Mike literally went underneath the tiny crawl space to inspect the subfloor of the back house ranch. He is super knowledgable and gave us tips on improvements we should make and let us know the homes condition and anything he felt was a major issue. He didn't scare us but talked us through it all. Would highly recommend

Mike was fantastic! He took his time explaining things and answering our questions along the way, spending nearly 3 hours with us at the house. My father-in-law - a former contractor - was also there and Mike passed his test : ) We got a detailed report very quickly and Mike made himself available for follow-up questions. We've already recommended him to friends.
