I would never hirer another contractor without consulting his patient, meticulous professional again. He was absolutely fabulous in every step of the way. Mr. Licameli is a craftsman and tenacious about every aspect of his work. I have seen him adjust things that were "perfect" in my eyes, but to him, being "off" 1/8th or 1/16th of an inch is criminal. He is EXTREMELY particular and yet very flexible about your wishes. He realizes that you are spending a considerable sum of money and wants to see pleasure in your eyes when you see his work, stage by stage. The project began the third week in September and he alone worked on every aspect utilizing his family when extra arms were needed. We were in no rush to complete the task and he dedicated his two- or two-and-a-half months to our home and project. He even treated my dog with respect and love. I'd be remiss not to acknowledge his cordial nature and keen sense of humor. Ultimately, the kitchen and half-bath look beautiful and we pinch ourselves every time we walk into the space. It feels like we are in someone's "affluent" house - certainly not our own! Yet it IS our home!! We love our new spaces.
