This contractor Gomez Carpentry caused damage in our house. He refuses to pay for the damage even after a court ruling in our favor. He has a poor rating in the BBB.

Leo is terrific. His craftsmanship is top-notch. He is exceptionally clean (cleans up worksite daily) and conscientious. We feel we got great value for the quality of his work. He is a very effective general contractor as well and ensures the quality and professionalism of his sub-contractors.
