Janitorial Service
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are extremely unprofessional, non-communicative and DO NOT know how to clean. I am having to sue for damages caused to my bed linens.
I own and operate an Airbnb and was looking for recurring cleaners to do my turnovers. The first time they cleaned they left dirty towels out for the new guests to see, soaking wet towels in my supply closet and did a lackluster job cleaning overall leaving stains and hair all over the place.
The other two times they cleaned they left damp bed linens in bags in my supply closet which resulted in ruined bed linens that developed mold which I had to throw away and replace for over $500. And of course when I attempted to contact Floyd Jr. about the issue he ignored my calls and emails. I will be filing a lawsuit against this company to get my money back.
I absolutely would not hire them and would not recommend them to anyone. They are not real cleaners, are unprofessional and will damage your property.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Floyd, Mike and team was awesome. They fulfilled our last-minute cleaning request, demonstrating nothing short of professionalism. Even after the completion of our services, Floyd, was thoughtful enough to follow-up to see if itâ s was anything else his team could do to assist. That was greatly appreciated. We will be using his services in the near future.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Floyd and his 2 assistants did a fantastic job with a very difficult situation. Total professionals and they were able to quickly accommodate with very short term notice.communication was top notch. Very fair price and no double dealing. I will be sharing his contact info with realtor associates for move in and out cleanings as well. I hope to get on a regular schedule for our house cleaning. Highly recommended.
