When my appoitment was initial made I was given 10am to 1pm as an approximate time for rep to arrive, the morning of my appointment I was called again about 11 am to inform rep was on the way. Chis (rep) politely introduced himself. His demeanor and appearance was pleasant and professional.He assessed how to correct the problem, answered all my questions and concerns and explained just what he had to do to fix.He made every effort to keep his work area as clean possible. He worked efficiently and rechecked everything befor leaving. In short My experience with Econo-Rooter was 100% positive

J.C. was VERY knowledgeable and personable. He was efficient and explained what was needed and why!

THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND INFORMATIVE.

I needed a plumber fast and this company was the first to respond and scheduled the earliest appointment. The serviceman was prompt and courteous. My clog was snaked quickly and cost less than the estimate because the problem was not as serious as he initially thought.

The plumber was here within two hours, after our call. I thought that was very responsive and prompt. It was a nasty job and this man was very professional and cleaned up after himself.

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM, BUT I WOULD LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE LATE ALMOST EVERYDAY THEY WORKED HERE, BUT DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I THINK THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT IT WASN'T TOO BAD FOR WHAT THEY DID.

WE WERE QUITE HAPPY WITH THE WORK. WE PAID BY THE HALF AN HOUR AND HE DID A GOOD JOB. WE CALLED HIM AND HE SHOWED UP ON THE SCHEDULE TIME. IF MY HUSBAND COULDN'T GET THE JOB DONE, WE WOULD USE HIM AGAIN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL BECAUSE THEY EXPLAINED TO US WHAT WAS WRONG AND HOW THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT. THEY EVEN SHOWED UP A LITTLE EARLY TO DO THE WORK.
