+ -1 moreHe's been my plumber for 30 years. He and his dad originally. They do not make them like him anymore. He is systematic, thorough, and always looks for the simplest solution first. Never recommends doing anything that doesn't need to be done. ALWAYS coaches us on proper maintenance to avoid big problems. He's also funny and very, very reasonably priced. A real human being!
