Ceramic Tile Service
I went to the shop to select tile for a kitchen backsplash. The shop is small and there is only one person in the store so you may end up waiting you turn. Not a problem, I waited about 15 minutes but there is so much to look at.
Brenda was eager to help find the type of tile I wanted and she was generous allowing me to take home about 4 boards.
She was to call the next day after the order was placed with the distributor and let me know when the tile would be in, she did not call. I called her the following day.
The tile came in on time. The lower marks are a result in the difference of service provided when I was looking to buy as opposed to returning one box (7 ordered) that was left over.
I admit that I did not read the return policy on a piece of paper taped to the very cluttered office area. There is a 30 day return limit and 25% restocking charge. Not that uncommon, but this should be brought to customers attention as the policy is not very apparent. My installation was delayed because of no electricity after Hurrican Sandy, but she didn't respond to this issue. When I asked for the distributor's name and number, she refused to supply that.
She called the distributor, and talked about me to the girl on the other end like I wasn't there. In the end she did give me 75% refund on the box of tile. If this is the policy, that is fine but the difference in attitude of pre and post purchase is why I wouldn't send anyone there.

It was very good... Selected multiple tiles, took some of the samples home for ideas and further selection. Then stopped by with the final decision and ordered with no issues.
