Just a couple of hours after I called, Leif came over to give an estimate, even though the company was swamped with work in the wake of the storm--this area was hit badly with downed trees.
We expected to wait a week or two for his crew to come back to take the tree down (Thanksgiving holidays looming), but they had a last-minute cancellation and ended up coming just a couple of days later.
The men were fast, efficient, took the tree down without harming any nearby trees, including the ones our tree was in danger of toppling. They cut the trunk up for us, and removed and chipped all the brush and limbs that had fallen around not just that tree but throughout our yard--we were lucky that our hurricane damage was minor, but there was a lot of it.
The price was exactly what they estimated, and Leif gave us additional advice about surrounding trees that we thought might be endangering our house. He really knows trees, not just how to take them down.
We will use them again in a heartbeat should the need arise.

They were prompt with providing an extimate and completed the work in the short window of time we had available. They were prompt and professional. I would not hesitate to contract with them again in the future.

I had a tree fall during a storm and they took care of it. Lightning struck half the tree and they had to chop it up. They had to work on a Sunday. It was frightening because the tree could have come down on the house. They were terrific. They were gentlemen and they were efficient and fast.

I really like this individual; I like the way he runs his business and I would recommend him to anyone.

The process went very well. Pat Poore is a nice, friendly professional. He is honest in his assessments and estimates. He will let you know if a service is needed or not, so that you don't waste your money. I have used him twice for tree services in the past year.

I called in the afternoon and left a message asking how much they charged for firewood. Jason called me back, gave me the price, and asked me when I would like it delivered. I told him that after 5:00 would be best, and he took my information and told me when he would be arriving. He later called me at home to say he was running late, that they were loading up the truck now, and gave an updated time of arrival. When he arrived, he backed his truck up to my garage, unloaded and stacked the wood neatly against the wall.
