Could you stop by at your convenience to look at it and determine the best course of action? Thank you, [Member Name Removed] & [Member Name Removed] [Member Information Removed] I'm sorry to hear about your loss on the trees , and your bad experience with the trees [Member Name Removed] ,I do not guarantee trees because i can't afford if the homeowner doesn't water them properly they can cause major damage to the trees health. When i first met you i thought you were a nice guy and i offered the trees to you at cost , and Labor for two hard days work for me and my brother and my john deere tractor. There must have been some miscommunication somewhere along the line because i never offered any warranty on the trees as also the nursery that grows the trees doesn't guarantee any plant material. I do not guarantee trees because most trees die from overwatering or under watering. When planting these trees i expressed my opinion on spacing these trees a little further apart but to no avail you were more worried about your neighbor looking into your windows and wanted a complete blockage from them.,, after planting the the trees you did have some heavy equipment right next to the trees to put in a pool , thus compacting the soil pore space, making it harder for the roots of the newly planted trees to get water .
