JDL Appliance Repair

He was good. I will recommend him to anybody.

They were good and they were excellent. I recommended them to other people.

He arrived promptly and defrosted freezer side, ordered new part and suggested we order another part on our own online. Freezer/fridge worked once defrosting took place. Did not need part JDL ordered (at the time; may need it shortly)

JDL Appliance gave me an appointment that worked with my schedule. The service tech was knowledgeable and knew exactly what part to order for repair. Once the part was in he returned promptly and completed the repair. Microwave works again! Would definitely recommend JDL to others.

Very satisfied. Professional, on time, would definately use again.

Dryer fixed

Very well. The problem with the dishwasher was just of alignment and J knew what exactly to do. He honestly explained me the problem and told me that it could be resolved by a minor re-positioning of the chassis screw instead of telling me that it was a bigger problem. He drilled a new hole in the chassis and moved the dishwasher in the new position, which indeed resolved the locking problem. He did not charge me anything for the labor, only the coming-in price which was already agreed upon. His honesty saved me both money and anxiety. I certainly call them again in future if need be.

Initial Disgnosis was to replace the computer which had to be ordered. Very helpful in ordering the part and working to get under warranty. Needed additional work to get the dishwasher running once computer was installed did not charge extra for the unplanned time

 Well first he came out to see what the problem was, then he told us what it would cost and if we wanted to proceed with the job, We agreed and he had the parts on his truck and fixed what was leaking and cleaned up, and that was it.  It was just nice to find someone reliable and courteous. We really appreciated everything that he took care of in a timely manner.
