Andy Letke arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was friendly and personable as well. I was very pleased with his abilities and with his work. He was concise and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I would definitely have Andy work with us again and look forward to working with him in the future. I believe he was very fair in his pricing and would highly recommend him for not only tuning, but for teaching. Thank you, Angie's List for helping me find Andy!!! :)

After the piano inspection and repair he gave me a price for a tuning. He said that based on the amount of use it currently gets he wouldn't recommend a tuning now since it is in decent tune.  I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty.

A neighbor of mine who owns and plays piano recommended Andy Letke (she gave me his card). I called him and left a message. He got back to me within the hour and answered all of my questions. He even came over to look at it (at a time that was good for both of us) before we agreed to have any work done. Andy seemed really knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. It was a pleasure to have him in my house. He was able to clean out the inside and get my piano sounding like it was brand new! He played a song for me to show me the difference as we chatted about music... and now I am going to start piano lessons with him! I highly recommend Andy Letke to anyone who is interested in good service and the knowledge of a skilled expert.
