Most importantly, Jonathan carefully listened to every request and idea I had. From our first conversation, to the finished rooms, I was consistently impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, consideration, respect, ideas, and his attentiveness to detail and quality. If there was ever a little bump, it was handled quickly and with ease. That's what his twenty five years of experience gets you! I felt I could put my complete trust in Jonathan and delighted in the results. He not only demands the highest quality of work from any contractor he brings in, but also that they be respectful, and friendly in manner. Work being done in your home can be extremely stressful but this experience with Jonathan Hress Design was fun and exciting with phenomenal results.
