the worst experience ever as a first time home buyer. I put an offer on 1814 W Pennsylvania St Allentown PA 18109, agent Kathleen Gregory on January 5, 2018. After paying $ 519 for inspection & $524 for an appraisa.l Kathleen waits 4 weeks to inform my agent that there's an issue with the title. The sellers owes $44, 000. As a first time home buyers searching for my dream home, this was a nightmare! As I was robbed of $1043.00. As the property is only appraised at $148,000. The property was just but back on the market for $ 158,900 again by Coldwell Bankers. Where's the honestly & loyalty!!!!
