We are a general contracting company that provides all levels of home improvement services for both residential homeowners and commercial customers. Services we offer
Our services range from the installation of crown molding, and built-in wall units. Also specialize in commercial / residential painting and seem less flooring systems (epoxy and urethane coatings). We are equipped and have the expertise to handle simple carpentry projects, coffered ceilings, to kitchen/ bath/ basement remodeling., to the design and installation of ceramic tile, wainscoting and all types of trim

Will, the owner, works with you to determine scope, details, keeping in mind your budget, concerns, priorities. Very flexible.
Price is reasonable and very competitive
I did not submit price i paid because i consider that confidential. But it is very competitive
Due to credit card promotion, Almada made the arrangement for me to pay directly with lumber and paint store. I also request Benjamin Moore Arborcoat (premium coat) after receiving the proposal. Will is very cooperative with my request.
They did a very thorough power wash. Due to the weather, they even worked on Sat and Sun to catch up. Everyday, the crew worked 8am to 6pm, cleaned up and stacked up all the ladders when they left.
The crew (Will - owner, Danny, Ricky and others) are always courteous and professional. They fixed a few more things such as outdoor electric outlets, door knobs etc without charge. Some of the dry spots require more than 2 coats of paints. They ended up applying 4 coats to satisfy our requests. I have a list of about 9 items to go over at the end. They did it all without fuss.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the price, workmanship and the service. Almada also does home improvement. I have asked him to give me an estimate on bathroom. Our neighbor is also getting estimate from Almada.
We will highly recommend Almada to anyone!
