Mop & Shop Cleaning Service

Unfortunately, I used to have five stars for this business, but after using this business for almost 5 years because I was very complacent. I realize that my house was never clean. I was just getting robbed the owner comes here with filthy dirty mops used from other houses and I’ll clean your house with filthy dirty rags that she used in other houses And then talk about her staff. I’d stay far far away just because the price does not mean the service is good. My house is always dirty surface cleaning if you need surface cleaning but even if you’re paying for deep cleaning, your couch is never moved out. It’s surface clean Knickknacks are always filthy Made my special-needs son get up to help her every time she came always bringing workers that look like they’re on drugs to your house STAYYYY AWAYYYYY IM TELLING YOU !!!! Move to the next company!!!!!!!!

I recently lost my wife who did the cleaning. I am unable to do it as I have physical limitations. I saw a woman wearing a Mop and Shop shirt two doors away so I got a business card and gave them a call. The owner came over and gave me a price which was very reasonable. They did a fantastic job. I almost couldn't recognize my house. They far exceeded my expectations. Great people, great service, great price. They even fixed my toilet seat! I will have them back regularly. I highly recommend Mop and Shop.

Tony is very professional. His crew knows how to clean. The first time they came I looked around in happy disbelief of how great our house looked. The price is very fair for the work they do. This is totally different than having a “ cleaning lady”. It is superior. I started out scheduling them once a month. Now I added another day to 2X a month. Very satisfied and referred them to my neighbor.

They are fantastic! We have a very “busy” house... lots of human and animal traffic every week! I love looking around my house after they leave in awe of how clean it looks! They do a great job in my kitchen and bathrooms! The 2 toughest spots of the house. They are also very animal friendly!

I've had my carpets cleaned by other companies but this company has outdone themselves. Carpets look like new and their staff is very respectful, easy to communicate with and the pricing is reasonable.

I love dawn she is the beat I used other cleaners services before and they were not like dawn she and her company she cares and listens and she takes care of my dogs while she is at my home she is by far the best person to use totally trustworthy she has my key to my house because I have a business I have to run and she comes in does her magic and locks up feeds my animals I would look no further this is who you should use I give her a 100% Recommendation
