Greg and his team were phenomenal! Salesman was so high pressure and misleading! After Mamadou did the whole house inspection, he showed me all the photos and explained everything. I was completely disgusted when Mamdouo showed me that my toilet tank had green water! That evening, DJ (salesman) came and led me to believe I was giving my family swamp water. We caved and agreed to all new pipes. $20k plus. The next day my tank had clean water. When Greg and his team (Segio, Jimmy, Nick, Riley, anyone else who I may have forgotten) came, they were awesome! Greg explained everything, made sure I understood, and made friends with my dog! Great guys. When I asked Greg how the swamp water had gone away before any work was done, he told me that Mamadou probably put dye in it to check for leaks. That makes sense, but DJ never told me that. He misled me and I am not happy! Again, Greg and his team were great. Never going with a big outfit again. But if Greg struck out in his own, I’d go with him and those guys.

Bob, was super professional and polite. This was an annual check of the plumbing. Went well, all faucets, fixtures, and toilets functioning as expected. We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for years. Will continue to use.

Terrible company. They lied and we called them to fix things. We are in a court situation with the previous owner of the house and they came into our home and spoke to him which caused us to have to deal with issues with him in court. Lawyers are involved. When I called the office to tell them this Laura hung up on me. The manager said they always ask who the owners are but they didn’t, the technician took pictures and submitted to the previous owner who is trying to use it against us. Never have I experienced such crooked people

The Guys showed up promptly. They were extremely professional and polite. They explained the procedure and started in right away. They made sure it was done properly and implemented measures to ensure future damage could not occur. I will hire them for any future projects I need.

Needed replacement of shower faucet cartridge in a hurry. Benjamin Franklin was the only company to return my phone calls. Very professional and great communication. The only reason I will NEVER use them again is because they were way over priced. If I didn't need the repair right away I would have gone elsewhere. I paid $299 for just the labor to install a new cartridge. The part was covered under warranty.

January 3rd . They thawed the pipe and charged me $534.06, It took them less than 10 minutes. I thought the price too high but paid. On January 5th the pipe froze again. I called and said I couldn’t pay $500 every other day and they should come fix it so it didn’t happen again. I spoke to Frank who said he was the manager. He said he was not responsible for the way my house was built. The pipe was under the eaves and uncovered. He did not offer to insulate the pipe. He literally screamed at me until I told him I would report this to Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau and I hung up..I have never been treated this way by a merchant. I am 80 years old and disabled. I have disputed the charge to American Express. i will never hire them again and believe Frank (Howell office) should be fired. The plumber should have known about insulating the pipe. I have since found someone who is insulating the pipe so It could have been done properly the first time.

Excellent. Tech wore booties, the whole time in house. Had parts on truck. Repair guaranteed 2 YEARS. Tech was very personable and informative. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. When you call, they ARE there withing 24 hours. Super company, super employees.

Very well. Clean and courteous and very detailed. Frank prepared a video camera DVD that he prepared that showed our exact problem and his solution. It was big job and required several days to complete. He re-poured the concrete floor and took care of the floor tiles.

This work was done in a commercial building but Ben Franklin Plumbing of Ocean County did not charge commercial rates. We had several estimate for this work and Frank Horvath's price was right in the middle.

This job was extensive and took almost a full day. But Ben Franklin did not charge more than their original estimate.

My discovery is that they do the job right regardless of what it takes. They explain each item they find and provide a recommendation and estimate. The work was done flawlessly. The workers were very polite and very truthful. They kept everything clean and did a full cleanup after all work was done. They stayed late into the night to complete the job.

I would highly recommend this business as the best in the area. They go the extra mile when the situation requires it. Excellent.

Very good. No problems

They were lax on installing and painting. In fact I'm painting now because they never painted the woodwork. Their tiling is very poor and I should have bought him spacers because the tiles are so uneven. He never used . When I go to wash it I can feel all the ripples. They are refusing to come back and fix the tiles and doorsill that is still loose from last year. Any single lady or senior beware. They are very pushy, and persuasive, they make promises and never follow through. They sent me a letter on 5/29/2009 stating they would come fix the tile and grout, and now 5/27/2010 I'm still waiting. When I went into the bathroom after the tile man came to fix it...repairs weren't made...to my surprise he replaced the grout around the tub with yellow silicon.

RJB Plumbing & Heating were awful. They were not professional and were very careless with my belongings. They actually broke a faucet and wouldn't come back to fix it. My son ended up fixing it. They were messy and left a pipe in our basement. They were also pushy and wanted us to sign a contract for their future service.
