 + -1 moreTerribly. Allstate never answers their phones which makes it impossible to set appointments, and when you finally get through to set an appointment, they don't show up. I took a day off from work and waited an entire afternoon for the tech to arrive, and they never showed up. I tried calling the office several times to see what the delay was, and no one ever answered. i followed up again the next day, and again, no answer. You can leave a voicemail, but they won't call you back. Save yourself the time and hassle, and USE ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN!
