I thought the price was fair for the work which was done. Three new fans were installed and the wiring provided through the attic for 3 upstairs bedrooms. The 3 fans are controlled with a remote which is very nice. The remotes mount to the wall and can also be removed so they can be next to the bed during the night if you wish to control the light or speed of the fan. He also fixed a ceiling fan which stopped working downstairs, and provided a new switch for it. 2 new outdoor electrical outlets were installed for the patio. The work took 2 days to complete, but it all works great and we are happy with it. Thanks!

I purchased the bathroom fan ($179 including installation). Work was done accordingly, however, the additional $110 to add additional venting was unexpected. Also, the quality of the fan is of a lower quality than expected. The fan is not strong enough even with an additional outside vent.

I contacted JCM Electric based on positive reviews - the service, promptness and overall positive experience exceeded my expectations. David (the owner) returned my initial call promptly and set an appointment for the next day. He called the day of to confirm that he was on his way, arrived on time, gave me a firm quote, completed all work neatly and professionally and lastly billed me according to his estimate. I was impressed by the way that Dave did business and would highly recommend his services. If possible I would have rated him A Plus (5 out of 4 stars)!!!

When the power failed in half of my house, I dreaded the upcoming task of finding an electrician. However, I am happy to report that all went well. David from JCM Electric arrived immediately, diagnosed the problem and scheduled the date for the repairs quickly and efficiently. Liam returned to perform the scheduled work and he was prompt, worked hard and was very respectful! I highly recommend JCM Electric!

Went very well.....checked out system and guided us on how we may correct problem...they were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable...returned our phone calls and arrived on time....would definitely use them again...if system does not correct itself we will call them and let them know...they will come back to make the adjustments...They checked out the system and called the alarm. company to see if there was a recall on my system... there was no recall.. Went very well and would not hesitate to use their service again....

Scheduling and communication was smooth. Company rep came out and assessed the job beforehand. Their technician Liam came out and did an outstanding job! Nice man too. Mission accomplished! The bathroom fan/ light works great. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. Reasonable price too. I will use them again in the future.

Excellent service. They owner and the employee were very professional and did an excellent job for a very good price. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Everything went well. Hooked up transfer switch and checked that all outlets worked when power was shut off. Also showed my husband how to shut of power and turn on generator when power fails. Was very courteous and professional.

I did not use their service. They came out 3 times and each time wanted more money. Not very professional. I cancelled and refunded my deal.

He did the work and it was okay. I purchased the electrical items for the job. There was additional charge as I had other things done. But what they did was fine. The price was fair. They did what they said they were going to do.

Couldn't be happier. I was contacted by Dave for appointment and details. The servicing individual (Paul) arrived on time, was courteous, friendly, and professional. I told him from the start that time was important, he had approx. 2 weeks to fix the problems in my house. He analyzed it and found that it was the breaker box. He fixed it on time. Very punctual, good workers, professional. Job well done. The original box was smaller than what he put in, so there was sheet rock work to do; good clean up.. .A big surprise. I have delt wiith a number of contracters overr the years and most by far want to stay away from permits and inspecters. Not JCM, Dave Moss, he suggested the permit and inspection; which is what I would have gottern anyway considering it is electrical. He went to the building dept and filled out the forms and I went to pay and get the permit. inspection passed. I was very satisfied with them and would use them again.

Paul the electrition arrived ahead of schedule. Aftwer I explained the problems he ent rightb to work. all of my nbproblems were fixed quickly and professionally

Mr. Moss arrived at the scheduled time, and promptly began to perform the required problem analysis to resolve a lighting issue in our kitchen with a faulty dimmer switch. The problem required him to diagnose and determine a short in the wiring of the lighting fixtures, and to correct the wiring problem once identified and replace the faulty dimmer switch. He worked diligently and quickly to to resolve the issue of the wiring of the overhead light fixtures and correct the problem of the faulty dimmer switch. His professionalism and attention to detail should be commended and applauded. We would highly recommend Mr. Moss to family, friends and neighbors and will do so in the coming days, as well keeping him on file as the electrician of choice for any new needs we may have.
