Dave came the same day and after testing everything, established that the power was back and there was no problem. The issue may have been caused by overloading the outlet. Dave assured my tenant that she and her family would be safe.

Unable to clearly determine actual causes at time of evaluation. However, we were told to keep a check and record when future surges and/or other electrical issues occur again. When called, Dave will return to address and resolve any problems.

I had a whole bunch of small jobs done. It took two visits as I was missing a tree way and it turns out the sensor in the RAB light was bad. RAB is sending out the replacement. All other work was done great. I will be using them for all of my future needs. Ask for Derek, he is good and friendly. Other points, They always get back to you and are on time.

The 1st visit went very well. Two indoor houtlets were installed, the two outdoor fixtures were changed. The sensor light could not be installed over the garage because Paul did not have the box he needed to complete it. He also did not have the covers for the outlets he did install. Appt was made the following week to come and bring the outlets and accessories he needed to install the outdoor sensor light. While the garage flood was installed Paul inadvertently disconnected my electric garage door. The floodlight worked beautifully. I didn't realize my garage door was inoperable because my car was parked outside since I had to go out that night. When I returned home I couldn't open my garage door because it was disconnected from the ceiling. For two days in a row I called JCM and asked him to please return my call. Dave never received any of my messages because I was calling a wrong phone number. When he received a copy of the bad review I gave him he immediately called. That when we realized that I was calling the wrong phone number and that he never received any of my messages. I apologized for the miscommunication and told him that I want to fix the rating I previously gave him. Would I use JCM again - yes I would.

Paul was extremely professional and helpful. It was when I mentioned a lamp in the bedroom that had broken, he checked it and determined that not only was the lamp broken, but the outlet was bad too! This wasn't the one I called them for! I'm happy to have an electrician I can call and one I can trust!

It went really well! Dave showed up on time and asked to go over the details of the work to be done. He was very personable. We especially appreciated that he took the time and interest to discuss the jobs we were trying to accomplish at the house. His overall knowledge of houses gave us a new perspective that will enable to save some money! Once he got to the electrical work Dave went methodically from one task to the next and was done in very little time. We were delighted with his work and we would definitely hire Dave again for any future electrical work.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal with JCM Electric on 10/19/15. I called them the same day, they responded the same day and we scheduled an agreed upon date for about one week later. Liam arrived on time (it just started to rain) and was very professional. I showed him the new and old lights explaining what I wanted. He had no additional questions and started the work immediately. The job was finished very quickly and I am completely satisfied. All the lights work, the new LED spots look great and all the debris was cleaned up and taken away. Liam is a charming young man.

This company is awesome. Quick, knowledgeable, returned right away to look at another problem we forgot to show them. Excellent contractor. A really good find.

It was mediocre. They installed the dimmers incorrectly and they don't work. I don't know if the fault is on them or on the wiring of my wall. They spent about 3 hours there and then left having installed the dimmers.

Work was performed as promised and Lee was punctual, professional and well versed. I have scheduled additional work and would recommend using this company!

I bought a new fan and flexible duct and tried to install myself but bit off more than I could chew.Paul the technician arrived on time, confirmed the work to be done, listened to our concerns and recommended solutions. He was courteous and cleaned up after he was done. Everything went smooth from start to finish and took about 3 hours to complete. Would use them again.
